Landscape Construction

We deliver residential landscape construction with care, coordination, and respect for the broader intent of the property. Built landscapes need to hold up over time. That takes sound sequencing, technical judgment, material understanding, and a high standard on site.

The Build stage

Disciplined Execution

A lush, green backyard garden with a stone pathway, various bushes, and tall trees, including pine trees, in the background. There is also a small lamp near the bushes.

A landscape holds up only as well as the team that builds it. Webster treats construction as a careful, build-led process shaped by sequencing, material judgment, and site standards. The result is work that reflects the original intent, performs as expected, and is ready for what comes after.

How We Approach Construction

Strong landscape construction depends on sequencing, material judgment, coordination, and care for the site. These are the standards that shape the work.

Construction Standards That Protect The Work

01

Sequencing Discipline

Build order determines quality. Each phase protects completed work, respects seasonal windows, and avoids rework.

02

Material Intelligence

Every material handled and installed to its specific requirements. Stone laid to fall. Timber detailed to drain.

03

Fidelity to Design Intent

Our teams build from detailed drawings with clear accountability for every dimension, level, and finish.

04

Site Standards

Clean compounds, protected surfaces, managed access. Site condition during construction reflects the standard of the finished work.

05

Trade Coordination

Every trade sequenced to support the next. Nothing is retrofitted because something was missed in the programme.

06

Continuity-Ready Execution

Root volumes support long-term growth. Infrastructure allows maintenance access. Built to be cared for, not just completed.

Ways to work with us

A Focused or Integrated Partnership

Focused Construction Partner

We frequently collaborate with other landscape architects and design firms to bring their projects to life. Where the scope and standards are aligned, we step in as the construction partner and execute the work with care and discipline.

Integrated Model

Engage our full team from day one. Design, construction, and care working in concert from the first conversation through ongoing stewardship. Best for complex projects where every decision carries long-term implications.

Project Jardin KE

Created in collaboration with Friche Atelier, this residential garden was constructed to carry a clear design language through every material and planting decision. Curved gravel paths, generous perennial planting, and carefully placed stone create a landscape that feels soft, grounded, and closely tied to the architecture.

The project was awarded APPQ — 2nd Prize, Côté cour (2026).

  • We focus on residential landscape construction that calls for thoughtful execution, coordination, and a strong standard on site. This can include garden transformations, hardscape and stonework, circulation paths, planting installation, grading and drainage work, and phased outdoor projects tied to a broader property plan.

  • Yes. Some clients begin with a focused construction scope and return later for additional phases or related work. When that happens, we approach each next step with an eye to continuity, so new work feels connected to what is already in place.
